St. Jean Pied de Port is the starting town of this path. Glenn picked up his Camino “passport” at the Pilgrim’s office in town with a scallop shell, which is a symbol seen along the road to guide travelers. He will get a stamp at each stop and receive a very fancy certificate in Santiago for completing this pilgrimage.

He enjoyed a great dinner with the peregrinos he met earlier in the day at the bus stop. Then off to bed for an early start in the morning!
